We love doing ring shots. Hope you enjoy this one
As promised here are a few of the digital pictures we took at a recent workshop we did here in Colorado. There were 3 different themes and the last one we played with had this beautiful, natural theme!
All of the little details were amazing for the the Country Chic section of this workshop. They had placed a table outside underneath a big beautiful tree at the venue. The table was covered with an orange table cloth and a tan burlap. Each place setting had an organic feel with small burlap bowls full of different vegetables including, cherry tomatoes, beans and radishes. They placed a beautiful vintage chandelier hanging from the tree and a several groups of flowers throughout the middle of the table.
As part of the theme they brought in a cute red bicycle with a big basket of flowers and different chairs with lots of character placed around the table. The models were so much fun riding the bike, playing with the vegetables and at one point running through the field and jumping in the air!
There was also a 3rd model who acted as a bridesmaid with a beautiful yellow sundress and purple feather in her hair. We had a great time with all of the extensive details and wonderful models!
Thanks again to everyone who taught that day and all of the hard that was put in to our photography day of fun!
I don’t think in the history of the blog I have just showed some pictures from a ceremony. I thought that potential brides might like to see see a wedding ceremony. These images were taken at St. Pauls Church and the reception was at Garden of the Gods Club in Colorado Springs. Lots of great moments happen during ceremonies and we love capturing the moments. One of the hardest parts of running a blog is sharing the images. Its hard for us to pick what we want to show since we get excited about so many different aspects of our photography. I hope you enjoy
Ten weeks ago I shot a wedding close to Ouray, Colorado. I took some time to shoot some more film and got some really cool stuff. I love shooting old subjects and this old fire truck fits the bill. I love the color and texture of the image, what do you think? We have driven by this place a few times in our adventures and never had the time to stop. It’s a strip of antique shops with a lot of cool things to take pictures of. Kind of like a candy shop for a photographer. I will share more as I get some time to scan them. I still have 4 more rolls of fun.
