I wanted to share a quick picture of the wedding I am going to post tomorrow. Everyone loves a jeep right? We even have one so we get it. The groom Josh is an avid jeep guy. Getting to take a picture of his two favorite things makes for a really cool wedding portrait.
When Tim & Heidi called to talk about their wedding with us, I knew they were going to be one of those couples that just made you smile. Both so sweet and so in love with each other, you couldn’t help but to fall in love with their wedding! They had a smaller wedding with just their families and closest friends, but the details were still thought out and everything was put together so well! Tim & Heidi were married at a little venue just outside of Denver in the mountains. Heidi wore simple white pearls with her strapless dress and carried a beautiful bouquet of orange, yellow and pink gerber daisies. Her bridesmaids short halter top navy colored dresses with a yellow ribbon around the waist. They carried smaller bouquets of yellow gerber daisies and all of the colors were so pretty together! Part II of this wedding photography colorado can be found here.
Here is part 1 of our favorite pictures from the day! They had such cute photojournalist moments and we’ve never seen so much laughing at a wedding, we will post these in part II tomorrow!
Angie and I work really hard to capture these moments. The ones that define a relationship, show someone’s personality better than any words. I will be sharing this wedding this week and this little set was my favorite. In just two frames it shows so much.
When we are at a reception Angie and I are always looking around for the story that wants to be told. I caught this little series of the bride and grooms son, who looks like he is going to be pretty good with the ladies one day. The series just makes you smile and wonder what they are talking about. Getting a shot like this is a lot harder than it looks, a lot of children these days, are very camera aware. Meaning they know exactly where the camera’s are. They usually turn and give you a smile even though you are trying to get a candid moment like this. You may be able to tell this wedding was at the Brown Palace in downtown denver.
