Smart Photographers Get To Shoot Next Year
Monday, February 21, 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm (Business / Marketing)
What exactly does this mean? It means making smart decisions, taking risks and staying informed when it comes to your business choices. The photography industry has grown so much over the last few years and many people find themselves wondering how they can compete. Some feel burnt out and others are just plain confused by all of the new choices we have. In this class Andy and Angie Wood will discuss smart marketing ideas, how you deal with burn out, how to stay fresh and innovative with your photography, how running with the crowd can hurt your business and how to work your way around the Internet when it comes to wedding blogs, advertising, social media, websites, etc. This will be an inspirational class, helping you re-examine your business, break away from the crowd and guide you through the maze of new business techniques!
Sign up for our class or some of the other great speakers like Sara France, Brook & ALisha Todd, Zach and Jody Gray, and David Beckstead just to name a few.
Happy Halloween everyone. We just wanted to wish you some happy candy hunting and fun with your friends.
Chris & Mindi were married on one of those crazy Colorado weather days, with a thunderstorm, a tornado and then of course beautiful sunlight. It truly was one day where you really didn’t know what was going to happen! The day started with Andy & Chris dodging the weather outside and Mindi and I watching the downpour from her hotel window. They were both in such great spirits they didn’t let the weather bother them even though they were having an outdoor ceremony with no alternative. At one point the hotel’s power even went out, a car lit on fire in the parking lot and all of the local firemen showed up!
In true Colorado style the weather did change, the sun came out and they had a beautiful. emotional wedding ceremony at the Red Rocks Trading Post. Mindi wore a long, lacy gown with an elegant veil and their whole wedding was adorned with red roses.
After some time taking pictures amongst the beautiful red rocks we headed to their reception back at the hotel where they shared a very sweet first dance and pieces of the soccer themed groom’s cake. Chris & Mindi love photos and so they gave us one more opportunity to play with them before we left that night outside! We were so lucky to a part of their wedding watch their love story grow! Here are a few pictures from their day that we love!
You can see more images from this Red Rocks wedding here.
