When Kelsey first came in to our studio she brought her mom and a few of her bridesmaids! We loved them all right away and we were really excited when her and Brandon booked us. We recently did their engagement session in downtown Denver and had a blast! They were playful, fun and we took pictures even after it was dark.
For all of you waiting for the second installment of Brandi and Rubles wedding in colorado springs at the garden of the gods club (Here it is). Most of the photos have a more photojournalism feel to them along with a little vintage processing. Photo number 10 is one of my favorites from this series. Ruble is so happy and surprised. The reason is Brandi surprised him with the ring they decided was to expensive (Ruble has really expensive taste). He didn’t know until they pulled the rings out during the ceremony. What a great moment.
Andy & I had another fun wedding at the Garden of The Gods Club down in Colorado Springs. Ruble & Brandi were a lot fun and filled with personality. We learned right away how important their wedding photography was to them when we had dinner and signed the contract. We also learned how important Ruble’s motorcycle is and to make sure we incorporated it in the pictures! It had rained on their wedding day, creating a beautiful sky and crazy clouds for pictures. They were good sports spending some time in the rain so we could take pictures! This was our second wedding of the year where the groom and groomsmen wore kilts and we loved it! The bridesmaids wore red to match the pattern of the kilts and the combination looked great! Here are a few of our favorites from their wedding; a second post to come soon!
