Bridal Sessions before the wedding

Monday, January 25, 2010 Posted in Colorado Wedding Photographer

If you have been following this blog you will know we talk about Bridal Sessions a lot on this blog.  You don’t see a lot bridal sessions before weddings in Colorado.  It really is more of a Southern tradition, but it is very common for Angie and I to shoot a lot of bridal sessions for the following reasons.

A few great reasons.

1.  They are a blast

2.  Its a great trail run for your makeup and hair.  Many hair or makeup artists will allow you a trial run to make sure you like everything that is planned before the big day.

3.  Did I mention they are a blast:0

4.  They give you an opportunity to practice and get comfortable  in front of the camera.  This is along the same logic as an engagement session.  The more you are in front of the camera and get to know Angie and I, the better your photographs will be on the day of the wedding.

5.  When you give a photographer time to create something special they do

I hope you enjoy this photograph, and are thinking about a Bridal Session before your wedding or a Trash the Dress session after.
