This last weekend we had the awesome opportunity to have some of our photography hanging in a gallery! We had taught a Holga Camera Workshop for a local organization here in Denver, Mile High Photographers, a few weeks back and after everyone had the chance to have their film developed and printed we took them over to the gallery. Over the weekend we had an “opening” where all of the artists displayed their Holga photography and invited all of their family and friends to come down. This was such an amazing experience and everything really came together with some awesome people! We wanted to share a few of our images from the workshop and some of the awesome gallery opening! Many of the pieces sold and the money went to a great cause, which I know was a great feeling. Thank you to those of you that bought our work.
I just finished working on a beautiful wedding that was shot at Donovan’s Pavilion in Vail. Donovan’s Pavilion was built in 2003 and is a timber and stone mountain lodge. We had 4 weddings there last year and I can say we love to photograph weddings in vail at Donovan’s Pavilion. This wedding was inside but most of the weddings take place on the back patio which overlooks the woods and river. Both places are beautiful . I wanted to share this image because it was so colorful and I know a lot of you brides are planning your weddings for 2011 right now. If you are doing a winter wedding and want a beautiful place with great service check out Donovans Pavilion. We will share more pictures from this wedding soon. As you can see the decor was a lot of fun and so is the pictures.

Check out this video I made for angie. It was well worth seeing her face when I showed it to her. It takes a few minutes to load but its well worth it. Here’s to my hero.
Fransisco and Shavon had a smaller wedding here in the mountians of Colorado in Genessee. The amazing thing about where we live is that you can be in the mountians within 20 mintues. There are a few places to get married in Genessee and because it has the mountain feel without going to far it is really popular. This cute couple used red roses throughout their wedding and added a spanish flair with mariachi band for ceremony and reception. It was so great to be a part of this wedding and to watch the love in their family!
