Jared & Brandee met with us about 6 months from their wedding date and they had the most interesting story to tell us about their engagement! Their love story is a unique one where they had known each other, were apart a few years and then one day Brandee made a call that would change both of their lives. Once they reconnected their love was stronger than ever and they started planning their wedding almost right away. Brandee was the make-up artist for a wedding we had done a year or two before and so we were excited to hear from her and talk about her wedding!
We started with an engagement session in Boulder and quickly got to know them both. When we talked about their wedding they had so many ideas and had spent a lot of time making it perfect for them. With an urban theme in mind they picked Mile High Station near downtown Denver for their venue. Before the ceremony the girls got ready at a nearby hotel and after a detour to a local firehouse we headed over to Mile High Station. They had their ceremony there and then after the guests went upstairs for cocktail hour they had the place transformed into a beautiful reception. They hung small candles from the rafters for the ceremony with beautiful flower arrangements at the front. Here is the first set of our favorite pictures from their wedding!
